How can I pay?
If you have a PayPal account, you may pay using that. If you do not have a PayPal account you can still use PayPal to pay using most major credit cards. Alternatively you can use Google Checkout to pay using most major credit cards. In the basket simply click on your preferred method of payment and follow the instructions on the screen. You will receive a confirmation email once your payment has been processed.
UK customers may pay by cheque drawn on a UK bank account. Goods paid for by cheque
will be dispatched once payment has cleared (usually within 10 working days). Please

How soon will my order be dispatched?
We try to get orders processed the next working day but during busy times please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Please let us know if you have an urgent order and we will do everything we can to assist.
How will my order be sent?
All orders are securely packaged. Depending on the weight and value, UK orders will be dispatched using either first class post or parcel post. Overseas orders are sent by air. A signature is usually required on delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
In the basket simply select your location and shipping method to see the shipping costs and the total cost of your order including shipping. This allows you to see the full cost of your order, including shipping, before any payment is made.
What is your returns policy?
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order you may return it to us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
If you wish to return items please contact us via email stating the reason for return. We will then send instructions what to do next.
Goods must be returned in their original condition including the packaging and any certificates issued. We regret we are unable to refund postage charges.
We pack all our products with great care. In the unfortunate event of your order being damaged during transit please retain all the packaging and contact us immediately so that we can process a claim and replace your goods or arrange a refund as required.
